Air General Corporate Principals and Senior Management Profiles.

Robert M. Maloney Jr. - President (Principal)

Robert M. Maloney, Jr. has over 36 years of experience in the airfreight industry. After completing two years of studies at Hawthorne College in New Hampshire, and two years of service with the U. S. Army in Munich, Germany, he began his career with Intercontinental Air Freight in 1968 in the customs house brokerage department. In 1976 he transferred to Air General where he supervised all areas of the company's ramp handling and warehouse operations in Boston. As the company grew, Bob advanced from operations management to corporate management where he focused on the duties of treasurer. In 1996 he assumed the role of Senior Vice President and COO with overall responsibility for the operations of the company. Bob was elected President in 1998.

Paula A. Dexter - Vice President

Paula A. Dexter has 19 years of experience in the cargo industry. Prior to joining Air General she held various management positions in the medical industry. Paula joined the company in 1984, and 1986 she was promoted to Director Sales and Marketing, with national responsibility for airline sales. In 1988 she successfully developed our Ocean Cargo CFS division. This generated revenues at various under-utilized airport facilities such as Dallas, Houston, Laredo and Tampa. Paula added two U. S. Customs Examination Stations, in Dallas and Tampa. In April 1993 she was promoted to Vice President Sales, responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic sales plan nationwide. In May 2001, Paula became Air General's Vice President with overall executive as well as Sales and Customer Service responsibilities.

Paul Z. Siebols - Vice President Operations

Paul has over 34 years experience in the air transportation industry. After receiving a Transportation Management Degree in the United Kingdom in 1970, he spent eleven years with British Airways as a Commercial Manager Overseas assigned throughout the world. He was station manager for various major international airlines, including British Caledonian and Pan Am. Paul joined Air General in September 1992, transferred to Corporate Headquarters in 1998, and was subsequently promoted to Vice President Operations for Air General system-wide. Paul is responsible for nationwide operations and customer service activities.

Frank J. Keller - Director of Operations

Frank Keller has over 22 years of experience in the air cargo industry. He began his career in 1980 with Lufthansa German Airlines in Frankfurt, Germany. Frank worked in various facets of Lufthansa Cargo in both Germany and the U.S., including import/export documentation, cargo reservations, load planning, and weight and balance. He transferred to Boston in 1989 where he held the position of Cargo Service Manager before joining Air General in 1999 as Assistant Director of Operations. Frank was promoted to Director of Operations in May 2001. His extensive background with a major international airline enables him to adeptly apply his cargo expertise to the Air General system.

Jeff Lyter - Director Safety, Security and Compliance

Jeff joined the company in August 2002. He has over 14 years of experience in the International Air Cargo Industry. He also served 7 years in the U.S. Air Force, as an F-16 Avionics Maintenance Instructor and Technician and worked in several countries throughout the world. Jeff was with British Airways for 14 years and brings to the company experience in project management, and overall airline cargo operations. He is responsible for corporate safety and security compliance, working closely with each Air General station manager, and ensuring the safety of our operations and compliant conduct of our cargo handling business.

Patrick Maloney - Director of Finance and Information Technology

Patrick Maloney joined Air General's corporate office in Peabody Massachusetts in 2005. Previously Patrick had worked in the Boston warehouse at Logan Airport in 1999 and 2000 as a warehouse agent, during that time Patrick also created Air General's first website. Patrick graduated from Northeastern University (NU) in 2004 from the College Business Administration with a triple major in Management Information Systems (MIS), Entrepreneurship and Finance. Patrick brings expertise in several fields including Finance, with experience as a Financial Advisor, as a Realtor and Information Technology where he has had experience as a Website Developer and as a Systems Administrator.
