0-1 Years = 1 Week
1-6 Years = 2 Weeks
6-14 Years = 3 Weeks
14+ Years = 4 Weeks
Employees are entitled to a $12,000 Company paid Life Insurance policy after ninety (90) days of employment with Air General. In addition employees are entitled to Company paid Life Insurance equal to one times their annual salary after one (1) year of employment with Air General.
Six (6) paid sick days per year are accrued at four (4) hours per month and will be paid on an as needed basis to all employees who have completed six (6) months of employment.
Employees may enroll in the 401(k) program after six months year of employment with Air General. After completing one year of service, Air General will match employee contributions. The Employer match is fifty (50) % of up to four (4) % of your weekly salary.
Employees are entitled to Health Insurance provided by Cigna, after ninety (90) days of employment with Air General.
Employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement after six (6) months of employment. Tuition will be paid to employees for courses that are business/work related and upon successful completion of the course.
