Airport Customer Service (Austin, Texas)
Air General, a national cargo handling company, is seeking an experienced cargo manager, supervisor, customer service agents and warehouse/mail agents for our Austin TX operation, commencing June/July 2013. Management and supervisor requirements include domestic and international air cargo knowledge and experience, with a strong focus on customer service. Customer service and warehouse agent duties include documentation, data entry, warehouse cargo handling, loading and unloading and above all, great customer service. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to work shift hours that can include nights, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening, and be able to obtain an airport ID. Domestic and international air cargo experience desirable.
